Buddy, I'm saying, or asking, if American companies are not able to enter into free trade because of their own lack, are we supposed to scrap the project?

If American businesses can't get their stuff together to be effective in making a bid, then they are going to lose the bid. That IS NOT unfair competition. That is their inability to keep up with the rest of the world. I am all for free trade, but don't believe we should deny other companies from doing the job that an American company cannot afford, or handle. If they lose a bid, it is their fault, and has nothing to do with anything being unfair. Are we supposed to take tax payer money to boost them up because they are incompetent?

Get real!!
