The amount of land purchased (often twice and at inflated prices) was a small percentage.

Those who sold have no complaint in my opinion.

What percentage of Palestinian Christians voted for Hamas?

I do not know that number.

As far as recreating a Philistine culture, I do not think that is their emphasis. I think their emphasis is having control of land that was a majority of Arabs, Christian and Moslem.
