Perhaps it's because after nearly 5 decades they are no longer in power (read the DNC is no longer in power). Try as they might to deny it, the MSM acts like the propaganda arm of the DNC. Take any significant issue we face today. When the MSM reports on those issues it's frequently indistinguishable from DNC Talking Points. It consistently presents the liberal POV as if that was the mainstream, centrist POV. It's also consistently presented with the liberal POV in a positive light & at worst neutral. When the MSM isn't presenting the conservative POV in a negative light, it's distorting, misrepresenting or flatly lying about it. If not it is denigrated, dismissed out of hand as a fringe or extreme POV, or flatly ignored (wholly unworthy of any consideration). And it's exceedingly rare where the MSM ever presents any issue exactly the opposite as described in the preceding paragraph.
