I assume that Fab 36 output has been sold for a couple weeks at least already. Or they are stockpiling for the Rev F intro coming shortly. Anyway, I think that most of the drop in Intel revenues is just lower prices, not lower volume, and market share loss is maybe only 2% this quarter. That, combined with a 5% seasonal drop in total CPU demand, would only require 5% more CPUs from AMD. A million CPUs from Fab36 would be enough, even if die sizes rise a bit because of dual core.

Half a million if they don't, or if yield increases enough in Fab 30 to match the increase in die size.
