Very true!!! Rock merely served to remind us how much we all miss Bob Hope and Johnny Carson.

But then again, these men had talent, something sorely lacking with the current group of actors. Think of some of the greats over the years, and then put them up against these people. Not even a fair comparison.

I decided to boycott the Oscars tonight...Will find out soon enough who "won"....only thing I'd miss are the dresses, and we can see those in a magazine in a few days. Or on the clips on TV....

Maybe someday, Hollywood will realize that more of us would go to the movies more often, if there were something worth seeing.

Edit: I did see "Eight Under" recently....No fancy dresses, no foul language, pretty basic living, amazingly beautiful glaciers, and beautiful sled dogs who were better actors that some of what we see on the screen in other "movies"....Well worth the money for those reasons.
