<ASM-L has shipped a step and scan and another is undergoing customer acceptance in Veldhoven.....> The company alluded to shipment being imminent, but have they really shipped??? Based on the Cymer conference call this seems doubtful. I would love to read the company's statement that they have actually shipped a scanner...they seem to have a very good PR department. DAK
