C2, I think the anti-monopoly people should break QUALCOMM up into 20 pieces with each piece owning some intellectual property. Then each could negotiate a very low FRAND royalty of say 1%. Which compared with GSM's 16% is more than reasonable when the huge data rates and access to cyberspace are considered.
