Elroy, what ME countries is the US military in right now? Well, I'm no expert, but defining military presence as locations where military personnel are on permanent duty (as in on a base) my guess would Iraq, Kuwait, and maybe Qatar (??). As far as I know there is no official US military presence in the UAE. I don't think there is a US military base in Israel, but who knows?
