I think I've adequately addressed my POV on the level of understanding, fact checking & evidence gathering abilities that the MSM & DNC politicians have already. They may not have access to every critical fact up front, but they have plenty. And they get more facts & evidence quickly via their large staffs & ample resources.
On matters of substance, the MSM should have their story fairly well nailed down before breaking it with a clearly defined point of view. Politicians who quickly make bold assertions to the public also are expected to be speaking from positions of knowledge. As time & events unfold they all are expected to update the public timely & accurately - even those facts that run counter to the initial slant of the story.
If the alternate media is able to quickly access material facts & credible evidence that discredits what the MSM & DNC have already hysterically reported, you can rest assured that the MSM & DNC in most cases also knew those same facts before they reported their version of events. The longer the MSM & DNC ignore those facts the more obvious it is what is actually transpiring. If someone like me is reporting those same facts on a tiny thread on the internet for days or even weeks before the MSM & DNC ever begins to addresses them, it is now painfully obvious what is going on.
And on & on it goes. As more time passes & more facts & evidence mount to discredit the story being relentlessly repeated by the MSM & DNC even a blind man on a galloping horse can see what's happening. In the end if the preponderance of facts thoroughly discredit the story the MSM & DNC are still telling, the gig is up.
And when you have a well documented litany of events where the MSM & DNC have both relentlessly & intentionally misled the public on numerous matters of substance; where they have slandered & smeared the President with malicious fabrications in the hopes of unseating him at election time; where they have damaged national security, often via illegal acts, solely in order to twist a story to damage a sitting President in a time of war; where you still have both the MSM & DNC materially misrepresenting most of these stories even today; don't expect me to throw my hands up & lament 'C'est la vie'. It's not going to happen.

I have. I did it for nearly 14 years. I can tell you that preparing to go to trial & the MSM & DNC materially misrepresenting a story in the media numerous times are two clearly different things.
When you prepare to go to trial most material facts are not made public until the trial is well under way. When a story breaks in the media it is supposed to have been thoroughly been investigated, fact checked & sourced. The public allegedly gets all of those facts up front.
In a criminal trial a jury determines guilt based upon proof beyond a reasonable doubt or the defendant is considered innocent. When the MSM & DNC intentionally mislead the public in the manner I've described, the standards of proof are non-existent.
In a trial the lawyers on both sides have the opportunity to present facts & evidence. All the MSM & DNC are interested in doing is repeating their vicious lies long enough to create negative first impressions of a wide swath of the public who will never bother to follow the story in depth.
In a trial a judge is present to rule on objections & give both sides a chance at a fair, impartial hearing. The evidence presented to the public by the MSM & DNC is mostly unreliable, unsubstantiated, misleading, consistently false & completely one sided. There are no real avenues for anyone to object or demand a fair hearing of the facts.
When the MSM & DNC pound away at their slanders & smears it's done to cement the negative perceptions, make the public sick of the Bush Admin, sink his popularity, slow or halt his agenda & effect future elections. There simply are no lawyers to object or judges to stop the unsavory tactics of unethical miscreants. |
