I hate to speculate on who may be a takeover target so I can only go by what I saw in the article. I think this OEM deal will be concluded sometime soon. No one spends this much time on a negotiation if there is not significant interest. I owned this a few times this year starting with Dec. 31st 96 when I took a position based upon seasonal and technical information. I bought it back this morning on the NY Times article. Without looking until a few moments ago I speculated with myself that it would close somewhere between 11 and a half and 11 and three quarters based upon where it has held up in the past. I will watch the open tomorrow and by mid-morning we will have some idea what it is going to do. At some point I will probably double up unless it runs back up. Mid morning may offer a good spot.
