C'mon Tradey! Not only are you a Realtor(tm), a notroiously optomistic breed, you live in the DC area, and area that has probably experienced NOTHING but growth since 1934, if not earlier. Most localities can't say that. The DC area doesn't reflect America, but it does drain America like a vampire.
