Drugs, only at the highest levels. Like the Golden Triangle or the villas of Medell¡n. Prostitution: too much overhead. No pun intended. Need a large labor force to generate serious cashflow. Guns: inventory and transport are troublesome. The sweetest deal going is to tell folks you're enforcing Gov't taxation law. Maybe not in the USA, where Congressional oversight keeps the IRS somewhat in line. But three out of five African countries can't be wrong...
