I think the sell off had something to do with Newbrige Networks designing into the entire country of New Zealand for the next five years and the business lost to DLGC because NN will use their affiliate's VoIP products from Vienna. Currently, NN has a very good story to tell with their 36170 high end backbone switch which exhibited 300% YOY growth in the recently announced quarter.

Vienna competes with DLGC in internet telephony. DLGC recently announced on their home page that they won regulatory approval to market products in New Zealand and I believe New Zealand Telecom is a DLGC client. The thought being DLGC will lose this share to Vienna because New Zealand Telecom went with NN
This is just a minor skirmish in a very large and long war. I'm confident competing with Vienna Systems and many designs will go DLGC's way (Deucha telecom).

Caution: The above is simply my speculation based on my knowledge of the industry. Truthfully, I can't interperate this stock price movement short of reading news that is made public. Also, IMO for reasons mentioned on prior posts this is presenting a buying opportunity. Business at DLGC is tracking to their seasonally strong quarter. I DON'T believe they will miss and they may have a modest positive surprise.

Hope this helps!

Happy Investing,

Jay
