Real estate exhuberance has been propping up the Bush economy. That a massive deficit spending. Greenspan gave Bush an amazing gift, 1% interest rates when we didn't even need them. But now all of that is changing. I'm not sure if the real estate market will collapse, but it will certainly gradually deflate. And a lot of people are going to lose their homes to the banks.

Which was one of the Bushie plans all along. Remember how they changed the rules so banks could seize debtor assets more easily? Unless you're rich, then the banks can't touch you. One more example of how corrupt and unfair Bushies are.
