I'm hesitant to speculate, but it might be action on the IOM suit, or an out of court settlement, etc. Although one would expect correlating action by IOM, which doesn't appear to be occuring. Because of the large blocks going off, my bets would rest on either an accumulation by a large investor group, or a takeover.

I don't think we'll hear about the 4.7GB Rocket before Comdex. I'm sure we'll know soon, in any event.
