Ending a wacky and shareholder unfriendly practice of many years standing, MRVC's annual meeting of shareholders will no longer be held in December of each year. "The Company will hold its 2006 annual meeting of stockholders on Friday, May 19, 2006." This is especially important this year because it gives management another opportunity to report on Luminent's progress midway through the second quarter. Combined with the late April Q1 conf. call, we should have pretty good transparency into Luminent's progress in this transitional year. hedgeclipper
