i'm getting tagged hard enough for RE taxes used predominately for education ('real users' being residents with children)... You know I hear this a lot, and it may be true in your case, but have you ever looked at who uses your local library for example... lots of elderly... parks too.... same with "community services" Not that I have a problem with it, I just think that the constant complaining about "kids" is really overdone.
