Golly, is AOL so desparate that they're offering mortgages on IPOs? Says so right is the press release ---- N2K has a registration statement pending before the Securities and Exchange Commission for the sale of common stock, and it is anticipated that N2K will use a part of the proceeds from its planned Initial Public Offering to fund a portion of this deal
