He told me that the had nothing to do with it. Never heard of them. He went a step further and said that not only is he not going to do any paid promo crap like that, and that if he would have then he would have told his share holders in advance. He said that preserving the capital structure is the most important thing, and he's not giving out any more shares. He said that actually the o/s would be even smaller if he would have avoided those IR guys from the start. I warned him to look out for those that would call and ask for shares to promote, and he said not to worry, because they can forget it! GB-ND c
