A couple of nice properties. Capex expected to be relatively high at Hackett River. Rumors of sharing at least some infrastructure costs with Wolfden. Wolfden's recent moves has them concentrating in that region. SBB already has ties with Wolfden. I wouldn't expect a merger, but they may well work together for mutual benefit.
