That's an interesting takeaway since they now think Reagan had Alzheimer's as early as 1986. When I saw him in 1989-90, he was well on his way to being a vegetable. But you keep telling yourself that the American president who supplied weapons to Saddam was a great guy and did a lot for his country and its economy.
