BP was like that but you whined about BP: <On another occasion I went through passport control and I was directed to a separate office. After 20 minutes or so my passport was returned and I could continue on. No reason given for the delay. I guess the delay was because my passport didn't have the latest digital signatures. You seem to not understand that as arrogance on their part. You shouldn't have to guess. Suit yourself. <My experience is that by listening to the other side one can find a back door through which one can solve problems. > I prefer not to have to scuttle around looking for back doors thanks.
