It's panic all over the papers in Palm Beach. Some investors will try to rent. That will make it that much worse. I've seen it before. I'm seeing a lot of signs out in Pinellas but I don't have the same grip on the market here. You know the rest. What congress, the FED did to promote this is a pet peeve.
