And much more than Wall Street appears to think. Why the sudden need to sell in your neighborhood now? Is it job loss related?

Down here in FL owner occupied single family neighborhoods I think many are putting property on the market cause they think the top is in but are in no hurry to move, downsize or leave the area.. If they get their price fine if not they wait. I do think eventually many get hurt with a declining economy that isn't being felt here as of yet.

Of course speculators by now are on the ropes with monthly bills up the you know what and no income coming in, shrinking equity and no buyers in sight.
