Charles, I inferred that if necessary GRNO could have paid 100% cash when they ordered the pumps a couple months ago (they know that vendors usually require the cash up front from them). But with a 20 week delivery delay, it made a lot of sense to keep as much of the money in the GRNO bank account as long as they could negotiate. This is called cash flow management and I practice it whenever I charge business expenses to a credit card even when I've already been paid for them--I can keep the cash longer in an interest-bearing account.
