Rarely have I come across a stock with so much potential. Most BB stocks are crap and soon their odors become known upon first glance. I have yet to uncover something about this company that would raise any flags. Our office has Bloomberg, the ultimate source, and I scanned all the news for the last 3 years. It seems they only had one product worth mentioning back then, the POS 50. I've seen pictures of this monster; large, cumbersom, ugly, etc. They had the best idea to come along in years, but the wrong product and the wrong management team to execute. The stock was delisted from NASDQ, management bailed out, and the only remaining executive today is Mr. Stambaugh, who was most impressive on the call. He gave the favorable impression of knowing everything there was to know about this business. The current CEO, who is really more of a leader/marketing guru/motivator will hopefully be able to execute this business plan with the team being assembled. I was also very impressed with the caliber of management that was introduced on the call. USWDA now has three new products, no competition, and an incentivized and talented management team in place to move ahead. I believe Rob sums up the story very well in terms of the near-term catalysts that will soon drive this stock to much higher levels, certainly given the low float. I get a little tingle when I tell this story to people and they automatically want to run to their broker and buy this stock. I'm not sure I've ever come across a stock with this much potential. If it doesn't work out, I would be very surprised.
I agree with the following timeline: 1)Equity infusion from large credit card company, results in relisting to NASDQ.(30 days) 2)Several GTE like announcement with ATT, NYNEX, Ameritech, and the like. USWDA will firm up relationships with every major CDPD wireless carrier, saturating the entire US market with dedicated sales personnel.(60-90 days) 3) USWDA will storm the market very quickly, capturing a presence, gaining a reputation of quality, raising barriers to entry. 4)USWDA will be taken over by large credit card company or one of the RBOC's they've been partners with. Takeover price target:$50. (2-3 years)
