First Guardian Financial Corporation Names a Director of Development for its Buysellmerge.com Unit
NEW YORK, Mar 06, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- First Guardian Financial Corporation (Pink Sheets:FGFC) today announced that it has named F. Mohammed as its new Director of Development to head its recently acquired Buysellmerge.com unit.
Mr. Mohammed was highly recruited for this position as his business and technical experience will lend great credibility for the success of this project. Mr. Mohammed brings over 36 plus years of experience and has worked on such major projects for Merrill Lynch, Citi Group, Smith Barney, Deutsche Bank/Banker's Trust, Citibank and Chase Manhattan Bank/JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Mohammed holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of London, England and is a citizen of the United States.
