This is one of the key understandings that separate those able to quit smoking successfully and those destined to fail. I predicted you would smoke after dinner. I can predict other likely times as well: when you get up; on your morning drive; over your lunch break; evening drive; after dinner; after sex; before bed; etc. Those who have a plan for dealing with the behavioral addiction find dealing with the chemical dependency easier.
