Teenage pregnancies are at multi-decade lows nationwide, as are the rate of teenaged mothers giving birth to babies. So the question still is: Have the laws resulted in a reduction in abortions? If the laws reduced the number of abortions, why have we also seen an decrease in the rate of teenagers giving birth?
