What is in M3 that is not refleected by M@ or M1?

I'd think that dollars and euro's would both be liquid markets.

Both North America and Europe have washed our oil trade inbalances in petro dollars.

I don't see the alarm in basing them both in dollars and Euro's.

The strength of the euro has isolated Europe from the energy rises to a degree.

If this shares the pain - I see it as a balance closer to equilibrium.

Why should oil trade wash out the doillar and give the Euro relief when our rates are the higher.

It is very complex and I find myself having more questions than answers.

I do think however - it does not necessarily mean a negative outcome - could well be a positive!?
