I agree. Yeah FSBO's want to pocket the commission not thinking there is even more aggravation on the buyer side and he should thus be compensated as well on commission saved..

On the flip side I've easily sold so many as FSBO over the years. I was never greedy, stayed flexible, priced below the competition and always easy to deal with. Seemed the buyers always appreciated that...
