I have no solid evidence that he is either guilty or innocent of any wrongdoing...I'm not familiar with the Texas law he is charged with contravening.....besides, that's what we have courts and judges and juries for....under our system of jurisprudence we have a quaint but respected notion that one is deemed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal matter. J.
