That is simply not true. AIDS spread faster and farther in Africa due to normal hetrosexual activity. The real epidemic is in Africa, not America. That said, any sexual contact with an infected person is risky. One of the aspects of American AIDS is that it tends to stay in the gay community, because once it gets started there...it stays there. Now it has spread to the hetrosexual community as well, but it's taken longer to get established, simply because of the tendency of gays to stay with gay sex.
