10 year interest rates rising on their own?

So how does this play out? For instance, economy is a bit wobbly with housing sales down and % rates rising.

But feds cannot allow deflation so they need to lower % rates and print money----don't they-lol?

The dollar is rising now because everyone is selling everything, but lower % rates weakens the dollar--I think-lool.
