2005 fiscal and Q4 just issued. Adequate financing of cash flows needed to accomplish stated corporate objectives is the key issue, imho. Cash at Dec. 2005 was $2.7.mill 2006 financing news (they call a convertible debenture non-dillutive?) brought in $6.5mill. i estimate 2006 monthly cash burn rate at $1.2mill. That gives us $6.8 mill cash at end of Feb 2006. So, there is enough cash for 4 months, or June 2006. Which means a financing. I wonder if we are seeing weakness due to shorting by the Street ahead of a 40cent financing. Any opinions out there? I do like the product and the way mgt. has tidied up the balance sheet and the overheads. But, I would rather see the FDA re-submission as news, before we see another financing. These continue to be nerve racking moments in Nuvo's history. Fox.
