Maybe I'm reading this differently from everybody else, but I'm getting a slightly different interpretation. There is an A/S and an O/S, and of the O/S the insiders may own a big chunk of either free or restricted shares. However, the stock couldn't trade at all if some of the O/S hadn't been turned over to some MFMMMs or broker-dealers to sell to the public; i.e. someone had to create a float. Otherwise the stock would "..illiquid..". The entire public market in this stock in unlikely to be totally 'vapor shares'.

I would think that above and beyond the float (..which may all be tied up by non-insider Longs..) there must be a lot of DTCC NSS "..Vapor Shares.." that the MFMMMs and Shorts are playing with - and hopefully those jerks and/or their scrotums will get caught in the vise...

If LFWKs does a name or symbol change and gets a new CUSIP, or they declare a dividend, any bogus DTCC 'vapor shares' sold to the public in lieu of real shares will have to be produced by purchases from public or insider Longs at higher prices - or Elliott Spitzer and/or the FED will be up someone's nose with a rubber hose.

More than 1/2 of my shares are now freebie-equivalents, and I might just call TD-Ameritrade and pull a Cert for them for long term keeping in my personal stash. Might be an interesting excercise.....

John :-)
