the posts source the end of the story for net2phone. it's a resource, in case that one person is interested. there are people who hold shares, who will go on to the delaware court valuation. i have no investment in idt, and haven't since before the crash.

People will take the time to compose a message and tag that message to a place because they want you to know there is information there, or because they have information that will be relevant to you later when you’re in the same location, or some combination of both. It finishes the story -- but the information is for someone who may rely on it.

Everything is becoming metadata, and your rapid post comment you felt was necessary. I felt the SEC filing url could be necessary.

I have genuinely been interested in net2phone. You see the board as irrelevant and it probably is.
