Stilton would have the backbone to contrast an incredible sweet wine. When you don't know as much as you do now, just knowing the price makes one more likely to appreciate the experience.

I know someone who bought a case of the 1960 D'Yquem. He opened a bottle in the '80s and split it with a big boozer. He reported that the hangover was very unpleasant.

The 1983 D'Yquem sold recently at auction for $260 per bottle. The 1967 sold at $740 and $760 each. Other years in the eighties were around $100 to $200 per bottle.

The $20 glasses would be very small.
