Well my vote is you get NYX on today's close or cash, your choice. I still think buying a stock merging with a company that is about to have its first day of IPO trading counts as taking advantage of significant news during market close. If anyone else has a view they are welcome to chime in.

If it's not a meaningful event, why is it up 16% today?

And next game it occurs to me that the way to avoid this problem is to let people put in their initial positions during market hours, and they get the closing price that day, rather than in between trading days.

So, if anyone has a view on whether Archipelago's closing price on Friday should be OK or not for NYX's trading today, chime in!

And you can't quit.
