This episode really brings to light what could be happening to many companies these days. Colluding to bring the price of a stock down by naked shorting should be vigorously policed by the SEC. It's nothing more than a white collar crime, a scam perpetuated against shareholders and companies trying to grow. Overstock.com is getting a lot of publicity fighting their naked short traders, it will be interesting watching that proceed through the courts and how it impacts the practice. In the meantime, it will be up to investors like us to look for these kind of opportunities to squeeze those wet no clothes wearing emperor shorts. After all, they are naked and can be exposed. ;-)
