I am afraid that I have not been able to find out any more information on the London Stock Exchange listed SPACs, though I have been searching diligently. I will certainly post anything that I can find. The phenomenon did not get a lot of media coverage in the U.S. until about a year and a half after the first of the current crop of blank check companies, CEA Acquisition, went public in November 2003. The first article (that I have found) to appear in a major publication in the U.S. was published in New York Crain’s in July 2004.
