Declared on undeclared has no effect on who gets killed or on misery. How can the defeat of Germany involving the deaths of millions of civilians at the hands of the allies NOT result in Germans today hating the allied powers whereas in Iraq they should hate the coalition nations forever? Double standard all the way and Germans don't hate allied powers today.
