If the builders overshoot to the downside as much as they did to the upside then TOL could easily go into the teens. Many of the homebuilders will be priced at near bankruptcy value at the bottom.

Fundamental analysis is pretty much worthless with these stocks, unless you are comparing one homebuilder to another.

If you are asking because I said not selling my TOL puts, the reason I am not selling them is because I am thinking of exercising them and holding the shorts. They have no time value right now because they are so far in the money it's pathetic. All of my homebuilder puts are deep in the money and most have little or no time value anymore.
