Kevin Rose, you said: "The problem, outside of setting an assassination precedent and other legal issues, is the practical application. We missed Saddam in all our strikes, and missed OBL in the Clinton missile strike. Hard to hit a particular person or persons without causing enormous damage, and a lot of collateral damage."

Saddam was always in hiding, afraid of being murdered by his own people. He'd sleep at a different location almost every night. OBL was also always on the move, or in hiding. Hard targets to hit.

The situation is different in Iran. In Iran, all of the leaders get together in the same building. They are sitting targets. One missile and the threat of nuclear nightmare could be over. And..... there would be very little collateral damage. Only those within the government buildings would be pulverized. After our precision strike, we would immediate agree to pay for the building of a brand new mosque over where the government building used to stand.
