All options folk:

Doesn't the price at which the option is FIRST sold also matter ?

For example:

If 7000 of the 15000 or so options were sold for the first time at 26.5, then
those who wrote the calls for these 700 should not lose money unless it
remains above - say - 26 5/8.

How do you know at what price the options were sold first ?
I dont see any source for this data. A graph of IOMIE shows that about
half the activity occurred after 26 1/8 give or take a few cents.

So most option writers should already be in the 'safe price' zone.

Does this make any sense or is this tripe ?

Input appreciated

Thanks
