I've answered all of your questions. You are just too dense to get it. The grounds would be that he disclosed the existence of a secret program. If in fact the NYT is really "revealing" a program. If not then I don't see what he is bitching about. The other question I answered in a general way and that is all that is reasonable unless you think it is reasonable to judge someone before you see the evidence.
