Outside of the military, Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security, everything else is relatively small. We know military spending hasn't gone down. We know Medicare/Medicaid just took a big jump. And SS isn't going to change. But most other areas have gotten cuts or at best stayed the same. NASA for example. Student loan programs. Special earmarks have exploded, the single fastest growing part of the budget.
