except for those holdings which are LT (and even those could be considered) there is no shame in withdrawing from the market. There is no more dangerous game for a trader than trying to force a losing streak. We are after all not on an hourly wage or punching a clock. We don't have to do this everyday or even every week or month.

If I start goofing up trades or lose my feel for the charts/markets, I usually take a break.

Recently I noticed my charts were not tracking like I thought they should plus I got real busy with other than market projects. I've been mostly cash for a few weeks and near 100% cash in the trading accounts for over a week:
