If you want me to agree with you that Bush is a smart man worthy of being called a US President of the same caliber as Clinton, Reagan, Nixon etc. then I will leave it at that without any comment. But please let us not get into the game of "the meaning of is is" for doing so is an insult to the intelligence of the American people. The American people are smart enough to make their conclusions when Bush tell the people of Louisiana that his government will provide all the help and then he flies off to Arizona the day after the storm for a campaign fund raiser.
