So by q407 they can produce on a quarterly basis ~20 mil units at Fab 36 + 12.5 (current level) at Fab 30 + (?) at Chartered? "But if the tools were ordered in Jan" Perhaps they were ordered earlier - they did after all commit to Fab36 in Nov 2003 when they didn't have a pot to piss in. They don't seem to be financially timid and they seem to be very forward thinking. They would have known last summer their prospects were looking good.
